Eating Right.  It is important to alkalize your body, so that it keeps your internal systems running smoothly.  Acidic producing foods are typical fast foods, white flour, white sugars, soft drinks, you get the idea.  Alkalizing foods are fruits, vegetables, fishes, and usually-whole grains, but look for “heritage” grains, or quinoa, kamut, hemp, and non-GMO grains.  Our nerves run best in an alkaline environment.

Water.  Hydration is the name of the game, and any toxins you might inadvertantly ingest can certainly be helped to flush out of you with adequate water intake.  Whether it be as a preventative for gout, keeping your urine clear, or because you’re sweating a lot-take a water bottle with you when you’re out and about. Dehydration, even in a minor form-can make you feel tired, and you know how CMT can already make you feel tired!
